Ingredients:

Preparation:
Season the chicken; put it on the grill for a while until it gets the right color. Afterwards finish it in the oven, softening it with the lemon sauce and onion. For the ones who love lemon this is superb. Rub in one lemon into the chicken breasts (cut into strips); place the chicken breasts into a baking dish. Cover the chicken with lots of thinly sliced onions, ½ cup of chopped parsley, one teaspoon of black pepper, coarse salt, laurel leaves and thyme.
Pour a cup of lemon juice and olive oil over the chicken, then let it season for 30 minutes. Afterwards remove the chicken and grill it until it’s half grilled. In the meantime cook onion and all of its ingredients no more than 5 minutes. Return it into a baking dish (with chicken-chicken breasts) and let it soak in the onion juice. You can also add chicken giblets to give a sublime touch. Put it into the oven at 210C° for 20 minutes until the onion starts to brown. In the meanwhile make 500 grams of long grain fragrant rice. Serve the rice in a large dinner plate, put one chicken breast on top and pour a cup of onion mixture over it. Garnish it with watercress or parsley.
