Ingredients
500 grams of fragrant rice
500 grams of fish (tjof: slices of grouper fish)
100 grams of dried fish
1 green cabbage
1 carrot
1 cassava
1 onion
1 eggplan
2 lemons
¼ liter of peanut oil
100 grams of concentrated tomato
Salt, garlic, parsley, black pepper
Dried chili pepper

Preparation:
Cut the garlic clove, parsley, salt, pepper (grains or powder), and some dried chili peppers. Afterwards clean the fish, than poke it on 3 or 4 places and insert the prepared mixture into the holes. Heat oil in a pot; add onion, salt, tomato and a bit of water. Two minutes later, put the fish and leave it in for about 5 minutes. Add half liter of water and peeled vegetables and let it all cook for an hour. When the vegetables are cooked, remove them. At the same time remove the fish and a bit of sauce. In the remaining broth put the washed rice and cook 15 minutes. Finally, serve hot rice on a plate, accompanied by vegetables and fish.
