Ingredients:
3 mature bananas
70 grams of corn flour
1 teaspoon of sugar
Salt
Olive oil

Preparation:
Start by peeling the bananas and putting them into a bowl. Then add a bit of salt, sugar and flour and mix it all well until dough is smooth. Then make balls with the dough.
Heat the oil in a pan and add the balls that we made previously with the dough, fry it until browned.
